The Van Diemenlander

Belgian-style Session IPA

Did you know?

The South Pacific has quickly become one of our favorite hop growing regions, withnative hops like Galaxy, Pacific Jade and Motueka boasting notes of mangoes, kiwis and other tropical delights. We used these hops and three other citrusy hop varietals in a unique beer that marries tropical fruit notes from hops with herbal, spicy flavors from a blend of two different saison yeast strains. With all the inspiration from Oceania, we named this unique hop-forward treat in honor of Tasmania’s original colonial name, Van Diemen’s Land.
