Developed by CCB Brewmaster Wayne Wambles and BBB Head Brewer Kevin Butler, this year’s recipe is a fruit-forward Hazy IPA brewed with Ekuanot, Azacca, Loral, Centennial, and Simcoe hops and passionfruit, guava, and orange. Tasting Notes

Orange peel, pineapple, and pear aromas are matched by light pine and bread crust on the nose. Vibrant tropical qualities abound on the palate with guava, mango, and passionfruit dominating. A pronounced bitterness and bready maltiness bring this assertive beer into balance.
