Imperial Milk Stout

Did you know?

Brewed in partnership with the Florida Cattlemen’s Association, an organization ‚”devoted entirely and exclusively to promoting and protecting the ability of cattlemen members to produce and market their products”, this Imperial Milk Stoutwas named after arancher in charge of the ranch’s cattle operation. The addition of lactose, a complex sugar not fermentable by brewers yeast, adds body and sweetness and connects the beer to it’s ranchroots. Proceeds from this beer go to benefit The Florida Cattlemen’s Association and the label artwork was drawn by Sean Sexton, a rancher who manages a spread in Indian River County.
