Columella (Collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing)

American Barleywine-style Ale

Did you know?

This is our Evil Twin collaboration brewed with Jeppe himself. It’s a tribute to traditional retsina wine, a Greek wine that is flavored with the sap of the Aleppo pine tree. The addition of pine sap dates to ancient times when sap was used to seal the wooden vessels used to ferment said wine.
