Milk Stout with Flavored Coffee

Brewed in collaboration with Bern’s Steakhouse, this milk stout sets out to recreate Bern’s iconic Cappuccino Bern’s Steak House coffee beverage enjoyed for many decades in Bern’s Harry Waugh Dessert Room. We utilize house-roasted and flavored coffee from Bern’s and add it to a milk stout base before serving it through Nitro dispense, creating a creamy and full bodied beer that’s reminiscent of Bern’s finest specialty coffee.

Cappuccino Bern's Milk Stout

Tasting Notes

Aromas of milk chocolate, chocolate liqueur, and raisin pudding set the stage for a huge wallop of fresh ground espresso beans on the nose. On the palate, scalded milk, semi-sweet chocolate, caramel and notes of ristretto espresso all vie for attention. Nitro dispense helps accentuate the smooth character and full body of this unique beer.
