We don't bottle every beer we brew. In fact, most of the beers that is produced inside of our brewery never leaves our tap room. Now most of these are little experiments or just us having fun, but we do also produce several great beers that we just haven't gotten around to bottling yet. However we do send a lot of these beers out to distribution so check your local watering hole.

We often like to brew new beers on our 3bbl pilot system before transitioning to our larger 15bbl system. This gives us a lot of opportunities to test out the beer on a smaller scale to see if we should move forward with it on the big system. Stop by the tasting room and experiment for yourself.
