Some of you may remember when the guys from the HDNet show Drinking Made Easy were at the brewery. Well, the episode is finally going to air real soon!

Tune in Wednesday, November 9th at 8:00pm on HDNet to watch Zane Lamprey and co. visit the Tampa Bay area. We are featured, as well as some other awesome local joints.

To celebrate we're going to have a watch party at the brewery! We're really excited about it! More details to follow!

Check it out, our online store is now open for business. Shirts, hats, glasses, tap handles and more. We're constantly going to be adding and changing things up, having awesome deals, and who knows what else, so check it out all the dang time!

Next Monday we're gonna have a blast here at the brewery! Paul Unwin from Cajun Cafe on the Bayou will be providing some amazing food for FREE! And in addition to that, we'll be premiering a new beer just for the event: The Ragin' Well-Spoken Cajun! It's a robust English porter brewed with chocolate and cayenne pepper. Should be pretty great!

On October 20th, we're headed up to Vermont to brew a collaboration with Shaun Hill of Hill Farmstead Brewery. You may remember their involvement with Either and Or, the two Black IPAs we did last year. 

Now, we're going to be brewing a beer called Nor. Details about it will follow soon, but expect something big and flavorful.

Joey, Doug and Tim are going up there and bringing a pallet of assorted CCB beers with them that Shaun will make available at the Hill Farmstead Tasting Room and possibly the local area.

And as a special treat, the guys are arranging to get Hill Farmstead beers shipped down to the CCB Tasting Room! We'll let you know all the details once we get 'em.

Tuesday, October 25th, we're having a beer dinner with the guys at Broken Barrel Tavern in Palm Bay, Florida. Check out the flyer for details!

We're proud to sponsor the Rock & Brews Fest tomorrow, October 8th, 2011, after the big Flugtag competition. The event takes place at Cotanchobee Fort Brooke Park in Downtown Tampa. It's located along the waterfront adjacent to the St. Pete Times Forum.

The event is 100% free for all ages!

There will be live music from The Beauvilles, Rocksteady@8, and Tim Hutchinson!

Thursday, October 6 - Minaret ESB won gold at this year's Great American Beer Festival! This plucky little English ale beat out 42 other beers to take home the gold. To celebrate, we're tapping the very same keg that produced the gold medal! Come to the tasting room at 4pm and grab a pint. We probably won't have it on for a while so better come and get it before it's gone.

Friday, October 7 - This Friday's Firkin is Twig 'n' Berries IPA! We took our American IPA and aged it on Spanish cedar and fresh juniper berries. Very interesting. Spicy and complex. It's been a big hit in the past and this is our first time firkining it up. Be there at 2pm!

Also, FOOD TRUCK FRIDAY! Our friends from Wicked 'Wiches will be here around 4pm to serve some delicious foods. The Maduro Monte Cristo is to die for. They're usually pretty awesome about pairing a dish with our weekly cask, too.

We're also selling tickets to HISTeria in the tasting room at $40 a pop, a nice savings from the usual $50 you'll pay elsewhere. Check out our previous blog entry for more details!

Speaking of big competitions, the biggest is this weekend. The Great American Beer Festival in Denver looks to be bigger than ever.
