Tasting Notes

Aromas of coconut macaroons and Arabica coffee dominate the nose of this Imperial Stout. The palate delivers strong fudge, raisin pudding and toasted coconut quality balanced by a soft bitterness and an assertive bourbon flavor. A light roastiness and moderate carbonation help accentuate both the bourbon barrel quality and the base beer’s complexity.
