Tasting Notes

Aromas of fresh-ground vanilla and espresso and coconut macaroons dominate the nose in this Imperial Stout. The palate delivers strong flavors of penuche, fudge, raisin pudding and coffee are balanced by coconut flan notes and a soft bitterness. A light roastiness and moderate carbonation help prevent the stout from ever becoming cloying or saccharine.
